The default tab on the share tab is to export to file. When you’re happy with the video on the timeline, go to the Share tab in VideoStudio. Should you wish to crop video, trim video, or make any edits, now is the time to do so. Simply drag and drop the video from the VideoStudio library or your computer browser on to the timeline.

Some codecs can be wrapped in multiple different containers. NOTE: It's important to distinguish between file container formats and compression formats, or codecs. You may want to convert SWF files to MP4 because Flash players are increasingly unsupported and you can no longer play the SWF files, or you want to edit the original SWF in a video editing platform. Although the format is lossy, this enables small file sizes, whilst retaining a good level of video quality.
MP4 is an international standard and probably the most popular video and audio file container at present, with native support in Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices. Due to performance and security issues, Flash is no longer supported by many browsers, was never supported by iOS devices and the SWF file type is rarely used these days. SWF is a legacy file format, developed by Adobe for the Shockwave Flash player, and became a standard browser-based method of displaying audio and video during the 2000s and 2010s, particularly in games.
